Tony Perkins

Tony is an expert in cyberspace operations, business development, program management, and system engineering with 30 years of experience in the corporate and Department of Defense (DoD) markets.

Tony is responsible for growth and business development within the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community markets, focusing on cybersecurity and multi-domain operations. He leads teaming, opportunity discernment, program execution, and drives pursuits into gross revenue for ICF on a $3 billion portfolio.

 

Prior to joining our team, Tony served in the U.S. Air Force (USAF) for 28 years, ending as a wing commander. Over the course of his military career, Tony served as an acquisition professional specializing in wide area network technology and mobile communications in the Pacific. Tony also worked at the theater level in command and control hardware and software development. He later served on the USAF Global Strike and Homeland Defense strategic focus team, and then commanded and developed the cyberspace operations discipline in the USAF. Tony’s last 14 years were in reserve officer status, during which time he held positions as a senior systems engineer, a senior program manager, a senior fielding engineer, and a business development representative.
